Abstract

This study presents a research protocol (not yet empirically implemented) investigating psychological stress regulation among vocational undergraduate students during vocational training, integrating sports scenarios with deep learning analytics. This paper firstly analyzes the sources and characteristics of stress generated in vocational training, and constructs a dual regulation mechanism covering physiological and psychological pathways. The physiological regulation mainly includes neurotransmitter modulation and cortisol reduction, while the psychological regulation focuses on attention diversion and self-efficacy enhancement. On this basis, an integrated framework named “sports intervention-AI data analysis-psychological stress regulation” is established. The anticipated results indicate that sports intervention acts as an effective non-pharmacological method to relieve training-related stress, improve professional skill learning efficiency and strengthen students’ psychological resilience. This study provides solid theoretical basis and practical guidance for optimizing vocational training modes and protecting the mental health of vocational undergraduate students.
