Abstract

With the continuous deepening of power market and the continuous expansion of power grid scale, power grid budget management is facing increasingly severe challenges, and optimizing the allocation of budget resources has become an important measure to improve the operation efficiency and economic benefits of power grid enterprises. In order to improve the efficiency of budget resource allocation of power grid, this paper proposes the budget resource allocation technology of power grid enterprises considering cost supervision and price pricing. Based on the current situation of budget resource management, the correlation between cost supervision and price verification and the link of business management budget resource allocation is analyzed for budget resource allocation, and the last, which provides reference for power grid enterprises to allocate budget resources reasonably and improve the efficiency of budget management.
