Website: https://www.icemis.net The 2025 4th International Conference on Engineering Management and Information Science (EMIS 2025), hosted by Harbin University of Science and Technology and supported by the Swiss Information & Management Institute, Université Libérale de Paris, and the Virtual World Institute, was successfully held in Shenyang, China, from March 14 to 16, 2025. As a premier interdisciplinary platform, EMIS 2025 brought together researchers, practitioners, and industry leaders worldwide to address emerging challenges and share innovative solutions in engineering management and information science. Building on the legacy of its predecessors, this edition emphasized sustainability, technological applications, and global collaboration, reflecting the rapid evolution of these fields. EMIS 2025 featured a diverse program comprising oral presentations, panel discussions, and specialized workshops, fostering dynamic exchanges among participants. Over three days, attendees explored critical topics such as project management methodologies, data-driven decision-making, artificial intelligence in engineering practices, supply chain optimization, sustainable development strategies. The conference attracted approximately 150 participants from 20 countries, including China, Malaysia, Poland, Switzerland, India, and Spain, underscoring its global reach and inclusive ethos. A highlight of the event was the emphasis on practical applications of emerging technologies. Interactive workshops allowed participants to engage in hands-on problem-solving, while panel discussions delved into the ethical and operational implications of digital transformation in engineering. The Technical Program Committee rigorously evaluated submissions, ensuring a high standard of originality and relevance across all accepted papers and case studies. All accepted papers of EMIS2025 were published in conference proceedings. We extend our sincere gratitude to the General Chair, Prof. Edyta Plebankiewicz, and the Technical Program Committee Chair, Prof. Xueyuan Wang, for their exceptional leadership. Special thanks go to the Publication Chairs, Technical Program Committee members, and Organizing Committee for their meticulous efforts in curating the conference agenda and ensuring seamless execution. We also acknowledge the unwavering support of our institutional partners for their role in disseminating the conference proceedings. The success of EMIS 2025 lies in the collective dedication of all participants, whose expertise and enthusiasm enriched the discussions and paved the way for future collaborations. We look forward to building on this momentum at subsequent editions, continuing to advance the frontiers of engineering management and information science. The Conference Committee of EMIS 2025
