- Abstract
Effective regulation of investment expenditures is pivotal for maintaining operational efficiency in power grid systems. Nevertheless, numerous regional grid enterprises demonstrate deficiencies in contemporary organizational management frameworks, coupled with underdeveloped methodologies for systematically assessing the efficacy of project cost control measures. Therefore, this paper applies the life cycle theory to construction project management. It proposes an index framework and evaluation method for power grid project cost control based on the AHP - GRA method. Through the analysis of actual construction project cases, the effectiveness of this method has been verified.
