Abstract

This article explores the innovation of object-oriented programming teaching based on the Outcome Based Education (OBE) principle, aiming to enhance students’ practical abilities and employment competitiveness. Firstly, this article establishes a reverse design practical teaching system that covers goals based on professional abilities, knowledge abilities, project practical abilities, and skill advancement, ensuring that the teaching content is closely aligned with industry needs. Subsequently, multiple reform cases of integrated practical teaching were provided, including updating classroom teaching methods, project driven practical orientation, blended AI teaching, and a “competition+research” oriented teaching model. These measures aim to stimulate students’ interest in learning and enhance their practical abilities. In addition, this article also explores the reform of the evaluation method for practical courses to comprehensively evaluate students’ learning outcomes. Through these teaching reforms, it is expected to provide students with more challenging and practical learning experiences, thereby better adapting to the needs of the future job market.
