- Abstract
Under the guidance of the strategy of developing a strong culture, the country’s inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage has been continuously strengthened. As Zhoushan, where has rich Marine intangible cultural heritage, in this context, gradually integrates the intangible cultural heritage into classroom teaching. As China’s intangible cultural heritage continues to go to the world, the call to improve the intangible cultural heritage education in Zhoushan is rising simultaneously. This paper will base on the English major, take Zhoushan Marine intangible cultural Heritage fishing rope knot as an example, exploring the path of English teaching reform in institutions of higher learning, making the Marine intangible cultural heritage more flexible, more innovative, and more thoroughly into institutions of higher learning.
