- Abstract
The implementation of the action for applying the spirit of educators to forge teachers and strengthen their abilities, requires the integration of the “unique spirit of Chinese educators” into the talent cultivation of normal university students. Ideological and political education is an integral part of talent cultivation for normal university students, as it is related to the fundamental question of “what kind of students to cultivate, how to cultivate, and for whom to cultivate”. The organic linkage between the first, second, third and fourth classes has broken through the boundaries of time and space, in-class and out-class, on-campus and off-campus, and online and offline, from four aspects: focusing the main battlefield of classroom teaching, creating a cultural and educational atmosphere, tempering the spirit of educators through practice, and strengthening the effectiveness of online ideological and political education. The spirit of educators has permeated the entire process of talent cultivation. The practical path provides a feasible scheme for assimilating the spirit of educators into ideological and political education for normal students in the new era.
