Abstract

As a core component of new-type infrastructure, the Internet of Things (IoT) has become a key engine driving the development of the digital economy. Based on the policy framework of industry-education integration, this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of IoT industry development and the contradiction between talent supply and demand. Research shows that by 2024, the number of mobile IoT users in China reached 2.656 billion, with the industrial scale exceeding 3 trillion yuan. However, the talent gap continues to expand, and enterprises’ satisfaction with graduates’ practical ability is only 32%. By deconstructing the differentiated needs of industrial agglomerations such as the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, and combining with policy requirements such as the Action Plan for Empowering and Enhancing Vocational Education through Industry-Education Integration, a “three-dimensional dynamic adaptation” training system is proposed: integrating cutting-edge technology modules such as 5G+IoT into the curriculum system, building a three-level “virtual simulation-enterprise training-project incubation” system on the practice platform, and introducing enterprise-participated skill certification standards into the evaluation mechanism. Teaching case verification shows that this system can improve students’ post adaptability by more than 40%, providing a practical paradigm for industry-education integration in IoT engineering majors.
