Abstract

The digital economy has radically transformed the financial system of the world, facilitated innovation and inclusive growth of FinTech, as well as resulting in cross-border oversight and systemic risk issues. This paper is dedicated to the world mechanism, issues and controlling strategies of digital economy empowering FinTech. Digital economy is discovered to empower FinTech by enhancing efficiency and driving innovations, developed economy depends on open banks to achieve the connection of data, new markets adopt the mobile payment to bridge the gap of the financial service. The mode of ecological integration in China is based on integrating the approach, and sandboxing regulatory compliance in the European Union. Nonetheless, FinTech globalization lacks a homogeneous set of challenges which include friction due to factor flows, transmission of cross-border risks and regulatory fragmentation. In line with this, the current paper will suggest a multi-layer collaborative governance structure consisting of cross-border data trust system, common risk surveillance, convergence of regulatory rules, and inclusive capacity building. The study draws up a paradigm of systematic analysis of the global fintech financial governance providing theoretical and practical advice to change the balance between FinTech innovation, risks prevention and control, as well as inclusive development
