It is our great pleasure to present the Proceedings of the 2026 2nd International Conference on Financial Innovation and Marketing Management (FIMM 2026), held in Singapore from July 2 to 4, 2026. The conference brought together researchers and practitioners to exchange ideas on recent developments in financial innovation, financial management, marketing, and related fields.

The papers collected here cover a wide range of current topics. The largest group concerns financial technology and artificial intelligence, including machine learning methods for financial prediction, investment analysis, credit assessment, and risk management. A second group examines green finance and sustainability: ESG investment, green bonds, carbon markets, and the role of financial policy in corporate and regional transformation. Read side by side, they show how technological and institutional change is working its way through financial markets and business practice.

Other papers address capital markets, asset pricing, portfolio optimization, corporate finance, banking, and investor behavior, with several contributions in behavioral finance. Alongside this work, a number of authors turn to marketing: digital and social media marketing, consumer psychology, e-commerce, brand management, and the use of generative AI in marketing communication. The two tracks share more than a venue; questions about data, technology, and behavior now run through both.

These research themes are particularly relevant in a period marked by rapid digital transformation, the expanding application of artificial intelligence, changing patterns of consumer behavior, and growing attention to sustainability. Financial institutions and businesses are increasingly required to respond to technological disruption while managing new forms of risk and uncertainty. At the same time, advances in data-driven technologies are creating new opportunities for financial services, investment, marketing, and customer engagement. The studies presented in this volume therefore reflect not only developments within individual disciplines, but also the broader transformation of markets and business practices in the digital economy.

All papers in this volume were peer reviewed by members of the Scientific Committee and evaluated based on their academic quality, relevance, and overall contribution to the conference themes.

We thank the authors, reviewers, members of the Scientific Committee, and all who took part in the conference. We hope this volume will serve as a useful reference and encourage further exchange and collaboration in financial innovation and marketing management.
