Abstract

In the era of digital economy, enterprises face rapidly changing markets and increasingly diverse customer demands. In the meanwhile, traditional marketing methods often lead to an unclear positioning and poor resource use. So it may lead to weaken customer relationships. The author finds that these problems happen because companies lack precise insights and effective communication. This study explores how to use big data technology to build a marketing feedback loop system to face and solve these challenges. The research shows good results: The marketing feedback loop system based on big data improves communication between companies and customers, and it can improves marketing effectiveness as well. The study finds that combining data from many sources helps a lot. Companies can see market changes in real time and build dynamic user profiles. This helps solve the long-term mismatch between company products and customer expectations. The proposed four-layer framework, helping finish the procedure, covers data integration, customer insight generation, differentiated interaction, and iterative feedback absorption. Their combination can improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty in the manufacturing and e-commerce sectors. Evidence shows that the system’s feedback absorption works well. It turns scattered customer opinions into useful strategic insights. This creates an adaptive marketing improvement cycle. Companies that use this closed-loop system can respond faster to market changes. They do this through better customer relationship management. They can also gain lasting competitive advantages.
