- Abstract
Searching the entire input space is required to ensure the accuracy of the reliability estimation, for which existing reliability estimation methods based on search algorithms require high computational costs. To this end, this paper realizes the search of the whole input space through adaptive grids and reduces the search cost through active learning, and proposes two active learning algorithms based on adaptive grids, namely, reliability error supervised algorithm of adaptive grid and reliability index accuracy supervised algorithm of adaptive grid. The former calculates the reliability of the specified error, and the latter calculates the reliability index of the specified accuracy, and its accuracy, efficiency and practicability are verified in the comparison with other algorithms and practical engineering applications.
