Abstract

BIM technology and prefabricated technology have evolved from ideal concepts to common application technologies, bringing many opportunities and challenges to the construction industry in general, and smart buildings in particular. According to the BIM model, through software technical means, to meet its technical requirements in the processing and installation stage. Combined with the application of prefabricated technology, the work efficiency of construction and management has been greatly improved, the construction cost has been reduced, and the quality of the special-shaped surface of the intelligent building has been effectively improved.
