Abstract

Taking the Shangmajia Plateau Highway Tunnel Project as an example, based on the mechanized supporting construction plan, the research focused on the mechanized supporting advanced geological prediction, excavation, initial support, concrete lining and other processes of the tunnel. Through the comparative analysis of traditional construction technology, it is concluded that the proposed mechanized construction equipment supporting technology has better applicability to the plateau region, the construction efficiency has been greatly improved, which promotes the overall improvement of the level of mechanization of plateau tunnel construction, ensures the construction safety of the operators and the construction environment, and alleviates the tense human resources of plateau tunnel construction. The optimal mechanical supporting plan suitable for the drilling and blasting construction of plateau highway tunnels has been formed, and the construction goals of mechanization, less manpower and intelligence of plateau tunnel construction have been achieved.
