Website: https://www.ichcce.org/ The International Conference on Hydraulic, Civil and Construction Engineering (HCCE) is an annually held international event. The vision of HCCE is to serve as an academic exchange hub, gathering international delegates from both academia and industry for the sharing and exchange of current knowledge, ideas, and trends in the fields of hydraulic, civil, and construction engineering. HCCE events have been successfully held in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. This year, we proudly invited researchers, academics, practitioners, and students worldwide to submit and present their research at the 2024 6th International Conference on Hydraulic, Civil, and Construction Engineering (HCCE 2024). This scientific event provided a unique platform for our delegates to exchange research results and experiences, assess current approaches to hydraulic, civil, and construction technology applications, and promote international cooperation for sustainable hydraulic, civil, and construction engineering management. Over the course of these three days of intense scientific exchanges, five internationally renowned keynote speakers presented their most up-to-date research activities as an introduction to the conference topics. These included displacement inverse analysis in civil engineering, research and application of inspection robots in hydraulic engineering, underground explosion-resistant wave attenuation structures, hydraulic monitoring and prevention technology, and seismic resilience analysis. The conference proceedings of HCCE 2024 represent a significant contribution to the field, capturing the latest research and innovations discussed during the conference. All submitted papers underwent a rigorous peer-review process, ensuring high academic standards. The accepted papers are published by Atlantis Press. This publication aims to disseminate the knowledge gained from the conference to a broader audience, fostering further research and collaboration. The success of HCCE 2024 would not have been possible without the contributions of many individuals and organizations. We extend our sincere gratitude to the organizing committee for their tireless efforts in planning and executing the conference. Special thanks go to the keynote speakers for sharing their expertise and insights, and to the reviewers for their meticulous work in ensuring the quality of the proceedings volume.
