Abstract

Amid the rapid development of the clean energy industry, a school-enterprise cooperation model based on industry-education integration provides a new pathway for collaborative innovation between universities and enterprises. This study takes the Electrical Engineering program at Tibet Agricultural and Animal Husbandry University as a case study to construct a “three-chain integration” model. By precisely aligning the education chain with the industrial chain, the model optimizes the clean energy curriculum system tailored to high-altitude regions. The deep integration of the research chain and the innovation chain facilitates breakthroughs in key technologies and the efficient transformation of scientific research achievements. Additionally, the seamless connection between the practice chain and the employment chain ensures the precise matching of talent cultivation with enterprise demands. The findings indicate that this model enhances the efficiency of research commercialization and strengthens the technological innovation capacity of enterprises, thereby fostering the development of the clean energy industry and supporting the high-quality economic growth of Tibet.
