Abstract

Today, with the increasingly frequent globalization and international exchanges, the cultivation of young talents with “international competence” is a new requirement for postgraduate education, and it is the concrete embodiment of the cultivation of “new talents” under the background of “new liberal arts” construction. In other words, in the new era of building Community of Shared Future for Mankind and developing new productive forces, our postgraduate education should cultivate “Multi-disciplinary Interdisciplinary and Compound Talent” with national feelings, global vision, cross-cultural communication skills and ability to solve complex interdisciplinary problems. Taking the training of graduate students majoring in law at Harbin Engineering University as an example, this paper makes an in-depth discussion on “the research and practice of multi-disciplinary interdisciplinary and compound talent training system”, hoping to (1) cultivate internationally competent young talents with international vision, cross-cultural communication skills and global sense of responsibility, (2) integrate existing teaching resources and stimulate innovation vitality, (3) Put forward positive and breakthrough suggestions on improving the teaching quality of postgraduate students and perfecting the existing training system.
