As an interdisciplinary academic forum, the conference aimed to advance scholarly dialogue across the interconnected domains of humanities, education innovation, and service management. HWESM 2026 attracted 216 paper submissions from researchers and practitioners worldwide, of which 88 were selected for inclusion in the proceedings following a thorough peer-review process. The event was attended by over 100 participants, underscoring both the academic vitality and the practical relevance of the conference themes. A central feature of the conference was its keynote program, which brought together distinguished scholars to provide forward-looking insights into the evolving landscape of humanities and service-oriented education. Prof. Xianan Yin (Beijing Union University, China), Prof. Chunping Deng (Beijing Technology and Business University, China), and Prof. Budsaba Kanoksilapatham (Silpakorn University, Thailand) each delivered keynote speeches that stimulated critical discussion and intellectual exchange. Their contributions, together with the oral presentation sessions, created a dynamic platform for presenting emerging research findings, fostering cross-disciplinary engagement, and bridging theoretical perspectives with real-world applications. The diversity of viewpoints and methodological approaches presented throughout these sessions significantly enriched the academic depth and collaborative spirit of the conference. The scope of HWESM 2026 reflects the broad and evolving intersections among humanities, smart education, and service management. The conference addressed key issues in social development, cultural studies, and humanistic inquiry, including social welfare systems, ecological sustainability, mental health, and the preservation and innovation of cultural heritage. In parallel, considerable attention was given to the transformation of education through digital and intelligent technologies, encompassing smart classrooms, online and distance learning, education modernization, and policy-driven reforms. The service management dimension further extended the discourse to areas such as enterprise management, service marketing, logistics and tourism services, healthcare systems, and financial and public service infrastructures. Across these domains, particular emphasis was placed on the integration of human-centered values with technological advancement, highlighting the role of interdisciplinary research in addressing complex societal challenges. The successful organization of HWESM 2026 is attributed to the collective efforts of the organizing committee, reviewers, and contributors who ensured the academic quality and smooth execution of the conference. We express our sincere gratitude to all keynote speakers, authors, and participants for their invaluable contributions. It is anticipated that the proceedings will serve as a meaningful academic resource and inspire further research and collaboration in the fields of humanities, wisdom education, and service management.
