- Abstract
This article presents the results of a theoretical study on the deviation of water flow from the flow line in direct-flow sprinkling devices. The deviation of water flow from the flow line significantly affects its distribution over the field surface and the efficiency of sprinkling. The article also examines the forces acting on the water flow during sprinkling, the trajectory of the flow movement, and its mathematical model. In addition, analytical calculations of sprinkling intensity during long-distance sprinkling are carried out. The influence of the initial velocity of artificial droplets on the deviation of the water flow from the flow direction is studied.
