Abstract

Preparing for job interviews is often a challenging and stressful process, especially when candidates are uncertain about the types of questions they may face or how their responses will be evaluated. This research introduces an advanced AI-based tool designed to simulate real interview scenarios, helping candidates prepare effectively. The tool takes a candidate’s resume, job description, and job position as inputs, analysing the data to generate personalized and realistic interview questions. It includes a real-time coding platform for technical problem-solving, ensuring candidates can practice under conditions like actual interviews. [2] Beyond technical preparation, the tool uses innovative technologies to monitor user behaviour, including eye tracking, tone analysis, and confidence assessment. By detecting cheating attempts and analysing responses for depth and clarity, the system offers comprehensive feedback on performance. At the end of the session, users receive a detailed performance report, highlighting their strengths and areas needing improvement. This tool not only enhances interview readiness but also builds confidence by providing insights that help candidates refine their technical and interpersonal skills.
