This conference brings together innovators, researchers, and practitioners to explore how design can shape sustainable futures and strengthen cultural and material practices worldwide. This volume spans diverse areas of inquiry: product design, fashion and textiles, visual communication, digital media, craft and material studies, user experience, service design, design for health, cultural heritage, sustainable materials, life cycle thinking, repair and reuse, circular design, packaging, and design education. Our goal is clear: to share repeatable methods, verifiable results, and meaningful connections between studios, laboratories, and real-world contexts. All submissions were peer-reviewed for clarity of method, contribution, and relevance. Where practice-led work appears, authors document the brief, process, materials, evaluation, and limitations. Accepted papers incorporate reviewer feedback and follow a common format for citation and reuse. Thematic sections guide the reader: • Materials and processes

• Methods and evaluation As you read, consider: • What prototype can you build with local materials within two weeks?

• How will you document files, patterns, and bills of materials for reuse? We thank the authors for their careful contributions.
