Abstract

The current maintenance plan design work still relies mainly on manual experience and designs maintenance plans based on the degree of road damage. However, the maintenance plan still needs to maximize investment benefits, and the existing technology lacks a comprehensive maintenance plan that considers these factors, resulting in poor overall effectiveness. This paper determines all maintenance sections according to the maintenance demand analysis method firstly. Next, all maintenance plans that meet the indicators required during the maintenance planning period need to be screened out, and calculate the road condition evaluation index PQI for each maintenance plan. Conduct initial screening of maintenance plans through this method. Then, maintenance plans that meet the requirements need to undergo a full lifecycle investment benefit calculation. The best maintenance plan is ultimately selected through four aspects: economic indicator, technical indicator, energy consumption indicator, and social benefit indicator. This is a strategy that aims to determine maintenance plans with the goal of maximizing investment efficiency. This strategy can quantitatively evaluate maintenance plans and improve the efficiency of plan formulation, avoiding uncertainty caused by empirical judgment.
