Abstract

Jinlan and Wuyin irrigation districts are located in Wucheng District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. The annual irrigation water volume accounts for more than half of the total irrigation water consumption in Wucheng District, and the water saving space is large. However, due to the aging of the project, the imperfect irrigation system and other reasons, the water resources in the irrigation area cannot be fully utilized, the degree of water supply security is not high, and the utilization coefficient of irrigation water is lower than the provincial average level and the provincial advanced level. According to the water resources situation and future development plan of the irrigation area, the rules of water supply and water consumption in the irrigation area were determined, and the water-saving potential of Jinlan and Wuyin irrigation areas was analyzed. The results show that the irrigation demand can be satisfied through rational allocation of water resources, the construction of water lifting project and corresponding irrigation facilities, and the annual average irrigation water volume can reach 53.98 million m3.
