Leveraging Digital Transformation: Leadership and Motivation’s Role in Enhancing Organizational Resilience

- Abstract
This study explores the pivotal role of leadership and motivation in enhancing organizational resilience amid digital transformation. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 121 respondents across various industries and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings reveal that leadership has a significant impact on organizational resilience (t = -2.83, p = 0.0055), highlighting the critical role of effective leadership in guiding organizations through transformative challenges. Additionally, motivation significantly contributes to resilience (t = -2.23, p = 0.0273), emphasizing the importance of engaged and driven employees in fostering adaptability, recovery, and sustained performance during disruptions. These results underscore the necessity of integrating strong leadership with motivational strategies to navigate the complexities of digital transformation successfully. However, the study is constrained by a relatively small sample size and reliance on self-reported data, which may limit the generalizability of its findings. Future research should focus on larger, more diverse samples and investigate additional mediating factors to provide a comprehensive understanding of resilience in the digital era.
