- Abstract
Changes in leadership at BPJSTK Papua have occurred rapidly, affecting 17 districts/cities with a limited workforce of 22 employees. The ability to maintain optimal employee performance in such conditions raises concerns. This research aims to explore the extent to which leadership, compensation, and work environment impact employee performance at BPJSTK Papua. A quantitative approach was employed using a questionnaire-based Likert scale survey, with a saturated sampling technique covering the entire population. Data collection was conducted via an online form, and analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression in SPSS. The findings reveal that leadership has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on employee performance (t = 2.049, p = 0.055). Compensation does not significantly influence performance (t = -1.131, p = 0.273). Meanwhile, the work environment significantly enhances employee performance (t = 2.866, p = 0.01). When analyzed together, leadership, compensation, and work environment jointly have a significant impact on performance (F = 5.089, p = 0.010).
