Abstract

The growing sophistication of jamming tactics poses considerable difficulties to radar system performance, endangering national security by reducing detection and response to possible attacks. This study looks into the critical issue of maintaining radar detection efficiency in the presence of advanced jammers, with a particular focus on radar effective temperature—the thermal noise caused by the random movement of electrons within the radar receiver, which can obscure target signals. The primary goal is to discover and study the effects of various jamming tactics on radar functionality, hence revealing the important parameters that determine detection capabilities. The study also investigates the linkages between effective temperature, thermal noise, and radar sensitivity, offering a thorough understanding of their influence on radar performance. Building on this knowledge, the study investigates novel ways for regulating effective temperature in radar systems, such as enhanced cooling mechanisms and adaptive control algorithms. To determine the practicality of these solutions, the study uses modeling and experimental methodologies to evaluate their performance in controlled and real-world scenarios. The findings will provide practical guidelines for incorporating these temperature management solutions onto current radar systems, highlighting improved detection capabilities while addressing potential implementation issues. Finally, this research advances radar technology and improves national security by ensuring accurate detection in complex jamming conditions.
