- Abstract
The main objective of this research is Evaluation of governance networks in coordinating and facilitating interactions between actors in food supply and price stabilization policies in North Kolaka Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study design. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observations, FGDs, and document reviews. The data was analyzed using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) evaluation model. The results of the study show that in terms of the context of coordination and facilitating interactions in the SPHP policy, it is regulated in PP Kolaka Utara No. 17 of 2021 concerning the Management of Food Reserves of the North Kolaka Regency Government, the input aspect of the food security service facilitates the activities of the Cheap Food Movement in collaboration with Perum Bulog, the aspect of the management process of food barn management and the provision of barn facilities and infrastructure is not evenly distributed, the product aspect of policy implementation brings significant results, reflected in the provision of physical incentives of 10 billion rupiah.
