This Joint Conference aims to explore the complex landscape of Maritime Governance and Sustainable Development under the comprehensive theme “Bridging Waves of Change.” This Joint Conference serves as an important platform to promote innovation, collaboration, and inspire transformative actions in areas encompassing maritime governance and sustainable development. With a focus on ten key sub-themes includ ing Maritime Governance, Climate Change, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Disaster Management, Digital Governance and Society, Adaptive Governance and Resilience, Public Management, Public Policy, Human Resources in the Public Sec tor, and Non-Governmental and Non-State Actors, ICAS 2024 aims to address urgent global challenges through interdisciplinary dialogue and knowledge exchange. The signifcance of this conference lies in its ability to bring together various stakeholders, including academics, practitioners, and infuential leaders, to collectively address various issues surrounding Maritime Governance and Sustainable Development. By delving into topics such as climate change adaptation, disaster resilience, and effective public policy frameworks, ICAS 2024 strives to drive impactful change and promote sustainable practices in these crucial areas.
