- Abstract
This study discusses the implementation of the Information and Complaint System (PINDU) policy in Pinrang Regency, The implementation of public service policies in the modern era requires the effective use of information technology to realize good governancewhich aims to increase public access to information and complaint services. Using George Edward III’s policy implementation theory, the study evaluates four main factors: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The results show that although the PINDU program has succeeded in improving access to information and complaint services, there are still obstacles in terms of socialization, human resources, and technological infrastructure. To overcome this obstacle, it is necessary to increase the capacity of human resources, optimize technology, and simplify bureaucratic procedures. The PINDU program is expected to increase transparency, accountability, and public participation, thereby strengthening the relationship between the government and the community and becoming a tool for detecting problems at the local level.
