Abstract

Revitalization projects for educational infrastructure, particularly for High School, face challenges in supervision, including delayed reporting, limited transparency, and lack of real-time data. This study aims to design and develop a digital monitoring system based on Internet of Things (IoT), mobile applications, and cloud technology to improve the efficiency and accountability of High School revitalization project supervision in North Sulawesi. The research employs a systems engineering approach combined with participatory design, involving stakeholders from the initial stages. The developed prototype was tested in selected High Schools, and the evaluation results demonstrate the system’s ability to provide accurate reporting, real-time access, and improved user satisfaction in monitoring activities. These findings indicate the system’s strong potential for wider implementation in supporting the digital transformation of inclusive educational infrastructure management in regional areas. With this, the system can serve as a practical tool for local governments, schools, and communities to ensure transparency, accountability, and acceleration of supervision processes in educational revitalization projects sustainably.
