The conference was hosted by Politeknik Negeri Bali and organized under the auspices of the Indonesian Society of Applied Science (ISAS). This annual conference serves as an international forum for scholars, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to share their insights and advancements across a diverse range of disciplines, including Business Intelligence Systems, Development of the Digital Economy, Digital Markets and Society, Smart Cities and Economic Development, Modern E-Learning Technologies, Socio-Economic Transformation, Digital Tourism, Supply Chain Management, Social Media and Consumer Behavior, E-Government and Digital Governance, Ethical AI in Society, Green Tourism and Sustainable Hospitality, and the Circular Economy. The theme for this year, “Transforming Local Insights into Global Solutions for Sustainable Development,” reflects our shared commitment to bridging local wisdom with global innovation in pursuit of a more sustainable future. Over the years, iCAST has evolved into a dynamic platform for fostering dialogue, exchanging knowledge, and cultivating collaborations among academia, industry, and government. By uniting multiple disciplines, this conference underscores the vital role of applied science and technology in addressing contemporary global challenges such as climate change, renewable energy adoption, digital transformation, healthcare innovation, and education advancement.
