Against this backdrop, the 2025 4th International Conference on Big Data, Blockchain, and Economy Management (ICBBEM 2025) was successfully held in Wuhan, China, from March 14 to 16, 2025. The conference brought together 152 participants, including researchers, industry experts, and academics, to exchange ideas and explore the latest advancements in big data analytics, blockchain applications, financial technology, and digital economic strategies. ICBBEM 2025 received a substantial number of paper submissions, demonstrating the growing interest and research progress in these interdisciplinary fields. After a rigorous peer-review process, 51 high-quality papers were accepted and presented. The accepted papers covered a wide range of topics, including but not limited to big data processing and security, blockchain innovations and smart contracts, financial risk management, artificial intelligence in economic analysis, digital currency and payment systems, supply chain intelligence, and e-commerce strategies. These studies provided valuable insights and contributed to the advancement of both theoretical and practical applications. The conference featured 3 keynote speeches from distinguished experts, offering deep insights into emerging trends and challenges in big data, blockchain, and economic management. Additionally, parallel sessions and panel discussions facilitated in-depth exchanges on topics such as data privacy and governance, financial risk prediction, blockchain integration in financial services, industrial digitalization, and intelligent decision-making systems. The active engagement of participants enriched the discussions and fostered meaningful academic and industry collaborations.
