- Abstract
This study aims to analyze the problems of Christian education in remote areas amidst the challenges of digitalization. A literature study was used as the approach in this research. The findings reveal that in terms of the challenges of Christian education in remote areas, the development of 21st century skills, such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and effective communication, is indispensable in the Christian Education curriculum. In addition, the involvement of parents and local communities is also very important in the process of Christian education in remote areas. They must be involved and given an understanding of the importance of maintaining faith in the midst of globalization. Cooperation between schools, churches and parents can help create a learning environment that supports children's faith development. With the joint efforts of various parties, Christian education in remote areas can continue to grow and become an important pillar for the formation of a young generation who have faith and are ready to face the challenges of the digital age.
