The conference was held on 27–29 November 2025 in Baku, Azerbaijan, bringing together participants from different countries and research institutions to share knowledge, present innovative ideas, and strengthen international scientific collaboration. The rapid development of modern technologies and the growing complexity of global challenges highlight the importance of interdisciplinary research and cooperation. ICCPEAS 2025 aims to support this objective by creating an environment where scholars and practitioners can exchange ideas, discuss current research results, and explore potential solutions to contemporary problems in engineering and applied sciences. The conference covers a wide range of topics, including mechanical, civil, electrical, environmental, chemical, and computer engineering, as well as related areas of applied science. The papers included in this proceedings volume represent selected contributions presented at the conference. All submissions underwent a peer-review process to ensure their scientific quality and relevance. The accepted papers reflect recent theoretical developments, practical applications, and innovative approaches addressing current issues and future directions in engineering and applied sciences. We believe that the research presented in this volume will contribute to the advancement of knowledge in these fields and encourage further scientific dialogue and collaboration among researchers worldwide.
