- Abstract
This paper presents Traffic, a real-time intelligent traffic signal monitoring and route optimization system. The application integrates live traffic signal data with route optimization algorithms to provide efficient navigation for commuters. The solution is built using a React frontend, Node.js backend, and Map box for real-time mapping. Additional modules like accident reporting and public feedback ensure user participation and safety enhancement. Initial testing revealed considerable travel time reduction and user satisfaction. The project contributes to developing smarter and safer urban mobility systems.
