- Abstract
Motivated educational staff are crucial for achieving institutional goals. This quantitative study examined how leadership style, communication, and work environment impact intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of staff at Adiwangsa Jambi University.Based on a survey of 41 staff members, the study found that leadership, communication, and work environment each have a significant, positive effect on both types of motivation. The combined influence of these factors is also highly significant. The analysis showed that these three variables explain a large portion of the variation in staff motivation. The findings suggest that effective leadership, open communication, and a supportive work environment are essential for improving staff performance and service quality.
