Website: http://icebesma.unprimdn.ac.id/ The International Conference on Economics, Business, Management and Accounting (ICEBesMA 2025) was successfully held from November 12 to 13, 2025, at Universitas Prima Indonesia, Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. This conference carried the theme “New Economics Order and Their Impact on Sustainable Development: Challenges and Pathways Forward.” ICEBesMA 2025 served as an interdisciplinary platform that brought together researchers, academicians, practitioners, and policymakers to discuss current global economic issues, business transformation, management innovation, and accounting practices that support sustainable development. The conference also aimed to foster collaboration among institutions, enhance research quality, and provide new insights into the challenges and opportunities within the new economic order. On behalf of the organizing committee, I am pleased to present the selected papers to be published in the Proceeding Series: Advances in Economics, Business and Management Research by Atlantis Press, which will be submitted for evaluation in CPCI (WoS), EI Compendex, and Scopus. This two-day event was attended by approximately 700 participants, including lecturers, students, and researchers from Indonesia and abroad. The conference featured one keynote speaker—Dr. Dahnil Anzar Simanjuntak, S.E., M.E., Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah Affairs, Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia; one guest speaker—Prof. Dr. Himmet Karadal from Istanbul Beykent University, Turkey; and two invited speakers—Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zulnaidi Bin Yaacob from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia, and Dr. Kajal Ramnanun from University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Throughout the plenary, poster, and parallel sessions, participants actively exchanged ideas and research findings in an engaging and collaborative academic atmosphere. The discussions provided profound insights into the evolving dynamics between global trade, economic policies, and sustainable development goals. It is hoped that ICEBesMA 2025 will continue to inspire collaborative research, foster innovation, and contribute to building a more resilient and sustainable global economy. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Rector of Universitas Prima Indonesia, Prof. Dr. Chrismis Novalinda Ginting, M.Kes., for her continuous support, as well as to all committees, speakers, and participants for their contributions to the success of this event. May this proceeding serve as a valuable reference for scholars and practitioners who are dedicated to advancing knowledge and promoting sustainable economic development. Purnama Yanti Purba
