- Abstract
This research aims to explore patterns of community-based community empowerment in the Omah Pasinaon Women's Farmers Group (KWT). A qualitative approach using the case study method was applied to obtain an in-depth understanding of ongoing empowerment patterns. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, documentation, and focus group discussions (FGD). Thematic and narrative analysis was used to identify and describe key patterns in empowerment, while data triangulation was conducted to ensure the validity and reliability of the findings. The research results show that the community-based empowerment pattern implemented at KWT Omah Pasinaon has succeeded in increasing the skills and knowledge of its members in the fields of sustainable agriculture, financial management and product marketing. In addition, this program also strengthens solidarity and social cohesion among members, which contributes to improving the economic and social welfare of the community. This research emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach in community empowerment, which does not only focus on improving the economy, but also on building social and collective capacity.
