Abstract

In the context of the rapid development of digital education strategies and artificial intelligence (AI) technology, higher mathematics course teaching faces practical dilemmas such as abstract knowledge, monotonous methods, and lagging evaluations. This study focuses on higher mathematics courses in military academies and, combining the characteristics of military education, constructs an AI-empowered blended teaching model centered around “one line, two dimensions, and three stages”. This model takes “AI-empowered blended teaching” as the main line, revolves around the dual subjects of “instructors-students”, and integrates the entire process from “before class-during class-after class”, achieving a closed-loop teaching of “preview diagnosis-challenge exploration-map consolidation”. By designing “challenge-based” classroom activities and data-driven learning personas, as well as online autonomous learning and knowledge map application through dual-network integration, it effectively enhances teaching precision, personalization, and student engagement. Practice has shown that this model helps stimulate students’ interest in learning, enhance their autonomous learning and problem-solving abilities, and provides a reference theoretical framework and practical path for the reform of basic course teaching in military academies.
