Website: www.icemab.com The Faculty of Economics & Business, Universitas Bangka Belitung (FEB–UBB), is proud to present the proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Economics, Management, Accounting, and Business Digital (ICEMAB 2025). Following the successful implementation of the first conference, ICEMAB continues to serve as a scholarly platform that fosters interdisciplinary dialogue among academics, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers in the areas of economics, management, accounting, and digital business. ICEMAB 2025 is held virtually on October 29, 2025, reflecting our commitment to ensuring inclusive participation from international contributors and audiences. This second conference carries the theme “Islandpreneurship for Sustainable Development: Integrating Blue and Green Economy through Local Innovation and Entrepreneurship,” which highlights the strategic relevance of island-based development models in addressing global sustainability challenges. The theme emphasizes the integration of environmental stewardship, innovation, and entrepreneurship as key drivers of inclusive and resilient economic growth in island and coastal regions. The papers included in this volume represent a wide range of contemporary issues and research areas, including technological innovation in island regions, sustainability in blue and green accounting, human capital empowerment, digital transformation of island-based MSMEs, inclusive business models, social humanities in conservation, and global marketing strategies for sustainable island products. These contributions demonstrate the dynamic engagement of scholars with emerging challenges and opportunities in a digitally transformed and sustainability-driven world. All submitted manuscripts have undergone a rigorous peer-review process to ensure academic integrity and quality. Accepted papers are published in the Advances in Economics, Business and Management Research series by Atlantis Press, ensuring that the scholarly outputs of ICEMAB 2025 reach a global readership and contribute meaningfully to the academic discourse. We extend our sincere appreciation to all authors for their valuable contributions, to the reviewers for their dedicated and critical evaluations, and to the organizing committee for their tireless efforts in making ICEMAB 2025 a success.
