- Abstract
As a leading enterprise in China’s e-commerce industry, JD.com is currently facing multiple challenges, including an imbalance in competitive strategies, insufficient product diversity, a lack of traffic entry points, and internal organizational problems. The key to breaking the deadlock is not to abandon products with substantial investments but to achieve “improvement of heavy assets” through large AI models and data intelligence. On the one hand, by learning from Amazon’s practices, optimize inventory turnover and warehouse distribution efficiency through AI demand forecasting. On the other hand, by establishing interest data cooperation and deeply collaborating with vertical communities such as Zhihu and Xiaohongshu, cross - platform interest profiles can be constructed based on the data left by users on social platforms to realize “products finding customers” push notifications. JD.com’s future lies in transforming from a “traffic buyer” to a “data collaborator” and reshaping its competitiveness through technology - driven precision marketing.
