Abstract

This study aims to develop an adaptive physical education learning module based on augmented reality to improve the motor skills of deaf students at Special Schools (SLB). The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. The research subjects are elementary school students at SLB Negeri Semarang. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires, then analyzed using validity, feasibility, and effectiveness tests. The validation results showed that the augmented reality-based adaptive physical education learning module was valid based on the ADDIE model, with an average score of 0.81, which is in the high category according to the Aiken Validation Table. The small group trial scored 80%, while the large-scale trial scored 82%. In addition, the N-Gain value of 0.81 was in the high category (g > 0.75). Thus, based on the validity test results, practicality assessments by teachers and students, and effectiveness tests, the augmented reality-based adaptive physical education learning module using the ADDIE model was proven to be valid, practical, and effective for use in the learning process for students with special needs at SLB Kota Semarang.
