- Abstract
In the post-epidemic era, the smart healthcare system faces the challenge of uneven resource distribution, inadequate emergency response, and limited data sharing, which stimulated an urgent need for a smart healthcare system. However, the current smart healthcare system lacks a systematic planning and implementation framework and the interconnection of medical data, which leads to an inability to integrate medical resources efficiently, affecting emergency response capabilities and long-term health management. This paper aims to propose the planning and design scheme of a smart medical system by analyzing the current situation and new demand for urban medical care, to improve the utilization rate of medical resources, optimize the medical service mode, and enhance the ability of public health management. The research adopts a literature review and case analysis to analyze the current situation and challenges of the development of smart medical systems. The paper proposes to construct a smart healthcare system based on intelligent perception, data-driven, and collaborative scheduling, which emphasizes data security and information privacy protection by using encryption technology and blockchain.
