- Abstract
Nowadays, with the sustained development of technology and the economy, the conflict between humans and nature is constantly highlighted all over the world. Both common people and enterprises are constantly paying much more attention to environmental protection issues, making the competition among environmental protection enterprises extremely fierce. The development of environmental protection companies has become an important problem. Among them, Infore Enviro, a well-known Chinese company, has become a leading domestic enterprise by means of a series of mergers and acquisitions in this highly competitive field. Therefore, this paper is dedicated to analyzing the merger and acquisition motivation of Infore Enviro and draw conclusions on the changes in three aspects of financial performance, non-financial performance, and market conditions after Infore Enviro acquired Zoomlion Enviro in Changsha and the reasons behind them and provide important ideas and references for the development of other environmental protection enterprises in this highly competitive field.
