Abstract

Ideological and political work must evolve with societal development, embracing both tradition and innovation. Constructing an appropriate model for university party branches is crucial for integrating education and ideological work. New Era demands new requirements for the construction of party branches in universities. Currently, the construction of graduate student party branches faces issues such as insufficient depth and effectiveness in ideological and theoretical learning, limited political functions of the party branch, and a lack of stability and standardization in organizational construction, which affects the role of grassroots party organizations as strongholds. In this paper, research status and trends of the construction of graduate student party branches are analyzed. And co-construction methods are proposed. Through the collaborative establishment of the “Original Aspiration and Craftsmanship” party building brand for faculty and graduate students, the achievements have been made. It is of great significance for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue and cultivating new generations in higher education.
