Abstract

Based on the comparative perspective of the film and television classification and censorship system in China and the United States, this paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the legal system of the film industry in the United States and other typical countries, and draws reference to the advantageous part of the film censorship system based on the status quo and the problems of the film censorship system in China at the present time. On the basis of adhering to the censorship system, set the grading standard appropriately. And on this basis, it will gradually apply the new-period Chinese movie legal system which is mainly based on movie censorship and supplemented by grading.
