- Abstract
This paper selects XPeng Motors as the research subject and employs the SWOT analysis framework to systematically investigate its organizational transformation and market strategy adjustment process from 2022 to 2025. The study shows that after experiencing the strategic crisis in 2022, XPeng Motors achieved a transformation from “being on the brink of survival” to “an industry leader” through systematic changes such as introducing a professional management team, optimizing the organizational structure, restructuring the product matrix, and streamlining the supply chain. This research not only provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of XPeng Motors, but also offers replicable experience paradigms for the strategic transformation of China’s new energy vehicle industry.
