- Abstract
This study systematically reviewed the core theoretical models, influencing factors, assessment tools and intervention pathways of psychological resilience. It helps promote a unified understanding of resilience and provides a theoretical basis for formulating clear and operational intervention paths. This study reviews the theoretical evolution of resilience from personality traits, adaptation processes to social ecosystems, analyzes the influence of multi-level factors such as self-efficacy, social support, and cultural beliefs on resilience, compares current mainstream assessment tools, and summarizes intervention strategies in educational, clinical, workplace, and cross-cultural contexts. The article points out that psychological resilience is not a static trait but a multi-dimensional and dynamically changing psychological adaptation mechanism, jointly shaped by individual ability, environmental support and cultural background. The research emphasizes that intervention should be adapted to local conditions and cultural adaptation, and calls for the future construction of localized theoretical models, the design of contextualized intervention plans, and the integration of technical means to enhance the popularity and sustainability of intervention. At the same time, it is pointed out that the current research still faces problems such as insufficient verification of cultural adaptability and lack of long-term effects of intervention.
