Abstract: The order-based education is the talent training plans formulated by vocational universities and enterprises according to industry demands. Its purpose is to achieve seamless integration between talent training and industry demand based on recruiting students for universities and employment for enterprises. Deep integration of cooperation between university and enterprise, customized curriculum system, practical training system, and diversified evaluation system are the core features of the order-based education model. The order-based education model in vocational university was researched and analyzed in the paper. By analyzing its current situation and problems, combining with the background of industrial upgrading and technological innovation, a “five dimensional integration” education model is proposed. The education model covers the curriculum system, dual teacher team, practical training system, evaluation system, and cultural infiltration. This model is planned to effectively enhance students’ professional skills, professional ethics, and employment competitiveness. It is hopeful to provide a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for enterprises.
