- Abstract
With the deepening of vocational education reform, more and more higher vocational colleges are promoting the development of industrial colleges. The integration of industry and education has become an effective way to improve the quality of vocational education and cultivate high-skilled students. Taking computer science majors at our university as an example, and within the context of the development of the Next Generation Information Technology Industrial College and the Tencent Cloud Industrial College, this article explores how to optimize the curriculum system and enhance students' practical and innovative abilities through teaching reform, combining the EPIP concept with the “job-based, course-based, competition-based, and certification-based” talent development model. This article analyzes how to integrate the EPIP concept into course content and practical projects, building a talent development path that meets social needs and cultivates more highly skilled ICT professionals for the Greater Bay Area.
